Put in whatever oil type makes you warm and fuzzy. They all lubricate. Cost is the primary difference.

Some formulations perform better than others in the face of real world adverse conditions such as low level coolant ingress, combustion blow by, fuel dilution, high oil tempratures. The advantages of these high quality oils show up after long mileage periods ie over 60k miles. No matter which oil you choose, change your oil and filter regularly and at 3k to 5k mile intervals. Also use a quality air filter (not hi flow) to keep the dirt out.

I use full synthetic pennzoil premium every 5500k no issues. You can use most reputable full synthetic unless you want to use conventional and change it every 3500k miles imo

Fully synthetic oils can last over 15k miles. At least the base stock can last that long. The additive packages are only good to about 8k miles or so.

One among many:

Given the high temperature and oil shearing from the VVEL system along with my aggressive driving, i choose to use synthetic. Use whatever brand is on sale that month. You can easily go 5000-7500 miles on synthetic unless you track the car. Beyond that, i wouldnt push it without oil analysis to confirm the additive package is holding up
