Installed dynamics injectors 725cc on a stock G37

A friend of mine installed 725cc Fuel Injectors on his stock g37 and now his cars rpms aren't stable and chokes at around 4000rpms and does not go any higher. is it because he's not getting enough air in the engine and the fuel injectors are giving to much gas?

You can't just install larger injectors on an engine running the stock tune. Your "friend" will need a tune.

You shouldn't have done this unless the car is supercharged/turbo.

Tuning is also required with larger injectors 10/10 times.

Can't you just remove the air filter so that it gets more air in the motor to go with the extra fuel and make about 75 more HP?
