Z1 HFC vs FI RHFC vs others

So I am looking to purchase an exhaust system soon and I have decided on Tomei single exit. Since I live in an area where there is Inspection AND Emission, test pipes will not do. I am looking at the Z1 HFC and the FI RHFC, the Z1 is literally half the price, not resonated, but does come with the crossbar, Cel and rasp is mixed based on the readings I did. FI RHFC has j bungs, resonated, but the cons are price and no cross bar support. I was reading into Kinetix, Berk and AAM and they all have less than 300 cpsi and rasp and quality issue. Any comments are appreciated.

I just put on FI RHFC and I love it. No rasp and more pronounced exhaust sound. I've heard regular HFC and there's more of an air sound afterwards. With RHFC, there's more of a popping/crackling sound afterwards.

Before RHFC, my Ark sounded more muffled, and now it sounds more crisp and pronounced.

It's not the same, but listen to some on youtube and compare.

I think the resonated is worth it.

BTW, HFC will not pass visual inspection. Just a reminder to plan accordingly.

Depends where you live I guess because in Virginia I've passed inspection 4 years in a row with FI RHFC

I'm in CA, HFC would pass smog but fail visual. Here, it depends on how lax the shop is.
