transmission grind

so i have a g37s coupe (manual) ....

Whenever I am going into reverse my shifter or something makes a grind sound... Like it sounds terrible but everything feels fine after a second. the shifter shakes violently but then this all happens within a blink of an eye or so. Today when I was pulling into my driveway i thought maybe the grinding would stop if i did a complete stop before going into reverse and it didnt make the sound or anything. if it is related to maybe a worn clutch, i doubt so because my clutch feels fine and grabs perfectly. No i am not rolling at 10 mph then going into reverse. maybe a slight roll from it being downhill but nothing much. Kind of worrisome. Its something new and It has happened three times and just worried.

Try coming to a complete stop, shifting to 4th, then going to reverse. Dont let clutch out when going to 4th and reverse. Onky let it out when in reverse. Shifting to 4th or 3rd helps slow the synchro.
