Where can I buy the rubber driveshaft coupler? The rubber disc between the driveshaft and rear differential flange. It has 6 Bolts.
2008 Coupe, Journey Sport, 5AT. I cant find it anywhere. Mine is worn out and causing a vibration.

Could be that the coupler is only sold with the driveshaft assembly. Ref FSM in the DLN section, page 14. Go to http://www.nicoclub.com/manuals/G37/Coupe/2008/DLN.pdf.

If the dealer can't get it, then maybe PST or the Driveshaft Shop could help (aluminum or rubber).

Are you referring to the diff bushings? If so, you can get solid ones from SPL or Urethane ones from Whiteline. I went with SPL

From his description I'm pretty sure hes referring to the Guibo joint..tis onyl sold with the Driveshaft as far as I know...options are aftermarket/used/refurbed driveshaft...I don't know of any aftermarket options for just the Guibo joint

Thanks for the clarification Hashim. Its is the same deal on the diff bushings. You can't get them from Infiniti as they want top sell you the whole subframe for $2200. I would say that this is a good excuse for a new one piece driveshaft . Best bang for the buck mod I ever did.

You can get the guibo from rock auto or dealer or shops that do driveshafts make sure to get new bolts and loctite

I am referring to the guibo, as it is called on european cars. You cannot buy it by itself. Mine is pretty deformed. I bought a 33k mile driveshaft for $125 from a recycler. I put a new center bearing I bought for $40 on it, and I am going to put it in this afternoon. I think the car they pulled it from was a flood salvage, as the front u-joint is pretty bad. I am going to use my front 1/2, and the 33k rear half.

They are typically balanced as a unit, so don't be surprised if you get some vibration issues.
