So my car is vibrating pretty bad when stopping in Drive and also when Reversing. Once you get above 1k though everything smooths out.

Could this be a motor mount issue? Can anyone post some images of where our motor mounts are?

No codes are being thrown, car seems to be fine minus the vibrations.

 

Some swear by cleaning the throttle bodies so you may want to look into that. As for the motor mounts they usually last a long time but it's possible for one to fail. A good test to see if you have a bad motor mount would be to pop the hood, start the car, and with your foot on the brake rev the engine. If you see the engine moving around a lot it could be a bad mount.

 

I thought the same thing with vibration in my car but the mounts were fine. Cleaning the TB helped a bit, but honestly, I've just had a more significant improvement after a transmission fluid change. Don't know what that is all about

These cars just don't have the smoothest idle.

 

It was the drivers side motor mount. The bracket was literally in pieces. My CPO coverage is covering the damage.

I popped the hood, put the car in drive and gave it some gas with the brake depressed and the engine tried to flop out of the engine bay like a pancake.

Blowing a motor mount like that is pretty impressive

 

Sadly I do not. I had the Infiniti dealer take care of it. I can email them and ask if they took a pic though. Sorry I did not even think about it to be honest.
