Already tuned: Worth a retune after exhaust change?

My G has been e-tuned by Seb at SpecialtyZ with the Invidia 2.36" catback. I decided to remove the Invidia and install the 2.5" Fast Intentions setup.

Would a retune be worth it for such a seemingly small change?

Mods:
ECOTEK Tuned
AAM 2.75" CAI
2.75" MAFs
63mm TBs
Ported Upper/Lower Plenums
ART pipes
2.5" Fast Intentions Catback
370z LS Differential, 3.69 final drive

Whiteline Bushings
One piece driveshaft
Eibach Pro Springs
Eibach Sway Bars
19" Forged Rays
245/40-225/45 Michelin Pilot 4S
Morimoto XB LED Fogs
Paddle Shifters

You could always do a log and send it to Specialty and see if they think its worth it.

Brilliant idea, that's probably the smartest move...sometimes the obvious things slip my mind.

Thanks.

I cant tell if there's any power difference. From reading other threads, it sounds like there are no dyno gains from one to the other.

The sound is night and day though. Invidia is relatively quiet through the RPM band unless you REALLY get on it. The FI is much deeper and louder all around, it also has some heavy drone from 2500-3k when on light throttle.

You may notice more from the Invidia if you had HFCs or a resonated test pipe. I had the the Motordyne ART pipes with the Invidia and the sound was deep and loud with no drone at any RPM.

I had them with ART pipes. The sound was very quiet compared to the FI setup. Invidia was definitely louder than stock, but it's an entirely different world with FI.

Good to know! thanks for the info.... Ive had the invidia for 5 years now...everyonce in awhile i get curious for something new, I upgraded to stillen's supercharger and wonder if I'm missing any power gains since Invidia's exhaust dia is not 2.5 inch

You may be missing a little power due to forced induction.

Invidia is about 2 3/8" so you're giving up 1/8" in pipe diameter to the Fast Intentions.
