Coolant reservoir lower hose

Hello Guys,

I bought my g37 (2013) AT, with salvage title the car was previously repaired.

1) I have a big problem, because today I discovered that one of the houses (lower) from coolant reservoir is completely disconnected.

2) I already know that reservoir is not original and have 3 connectors (I know that normally cars have a 2) the third one is closed in my car.

I have a no clue where I should connect this houses. I will be appreciate for any help.

3) Worst thing -my infiniti have only 27.000 kilometers today I discovered under oil cap a little bit yellow substance not like butter more like milk, just a little bit (see on picture) is it means end of my engine ?

I drove my car with disconnected reervoir hose over 3000 kilometers, but I have no even single message about overheating or something. Car is originally from Canada now is in Spain hopefully this is only because car was shipped through ocean and it's a little bit water left in the engine but I'm so scary

I'm sorry for my poor english

That

hose is for overflow and is supposed to be routes to the ground so if water does come out it goes to the ground not all over your engine.dont have a clue about oil cap though

that hose does nothing. put the correct reservoir on and you won't have to worry about it. the reservoir tank you currently have has a overflow bleed off that works in conjuction with the pressure cap on the reservoir tank. as for coolant in the oil cap. i would drain the oil and replace the filter. i would check if you have coolant consumption or water in the engine oil after the oil change.
