There are several companies that offer an LS-based swap. The kits usually start at about $3K and obviously don't include the engine or transmission. Not sure if they've done a successful gauge hack to get those working. There's at least one 370Z that I know of that's done the swap successfully. He tracks the car. There's video of it on YouTube.
