Whos rear turbo G is this?

I found this guy on YouTube. I'm building my own rear mount setup and I haven't seen any other RMT G's before. Anyone know who it is or if they're a member here??

That looks like the dyno at Z1 here in Atl, I wonder if they can share any info on the setup.

You can't run plates here in the U.S. any longer unless you're law enforcement. I used to be able to auto track plates (and people) but they no longer offer that aspect of the service.
