Question PCV fittings for oil catch cans

Ive been meaning to install my oil catch cans for a while now and i need some help, I want to replace the current pcv fittings with some AR fitting i just do not know the correct size that will replace the current one. Let me know if im correct i will be removing the current breather hose that is located in the front that connects to both intakes and one hose will go to the intake and another to the pcv and connect to the oil catch can. I will have to cap in the rear of the manifold as removing the passenger side hose that connects to it and doing the same there. Reason being I changed my spark plugs recently and noticed a small amount of oil in the tread and oil in the pcv fitting. Its a HR not the VHR

The oil on your spark plug threads is from a leaking valve cover gasket. It has nothing to do with the PCV system.

A small amount of oil on the PCV return hose fitting is normal.
This is oil being returned to the crankcase.
