Angry 6MT: 2nd Gear "hitting"/grind on shift

This usually happens when cold, but even when I drive it and warm it up, it happens slightly.

When I say "hit", the gear literally bumps on shift, and then I have to continue until it catches a second later. I even had a slight grind this morning on 1-2 shift.

Yes, I am fully engaging the clutch. I have realized when this happens, if I slam the clutch, it catches a little better. Any suggestions? Its frustrating me...

I am wondering the same thing. I just go t my G37S on Friday and during the test drive I didn't notice it. But the next day I noticed when it was a little warm 2nd gear was a little hard to go into. It was easier if i put in in neutral for a a second or 2 and then pressed clutch again and went to 2nd gear.

OEM pedal problems and it always grinds, can't make it smooth. I installed RJM pedal and that problem went away.
