BDE Motor Mounts? Thoughts, Reviews are welcome

Hey,

Been looking for mounts replacement for better performance and quality with also not that much of NVH inside the cabin.

I've seen the Z1 mounts with a lot of good reviews about them. But after reading about the BDE ones which Concept Z offers, I kinda liked the design and would like to know more if anyone has tried them.

Any thoughts or reviews would be great.

Here is a link from BDE: Brett Dempsey Engineering - Billet + Polyurethane Z32/300ZX, Z33/350Z, Z34/370Z Engine Mounts

Thanks

I'm looking for input on these mounts as well. The Z1 mounts get rave reviews on the 370z forum

For the transmission mount at High RPMS there was a ton of driveline noise worse than when the rear bushings failed..motor had a lot of movement..

If those Z1 mounts are anything like the Sentra mounts, RUN AWAY! Unless your car is a dedicated track hound, you'll hate urethane.

I have yet to hear anything but good reviews by everyone in the 370z board about the urethane mounts..
of course there is always more noise when you are upgrading but that's a giving!

True..

It also depends on how you want to build your car. If it's for tracking then hell with the noise.. Give it all the noise you can find

I have Z1 Motor and Transmission mounts. However, my car make so much noise that I can't really tell what NVH difference the mounts have added.

I have the Z1 trans mount and it is a little more vibration and noise, but not really noticeable if you have an aftermarket exhaust. It is not nearly as loud as the Drop Engineering trans mount.

I may get the CZP BDE or Z1 engine mounts. Anyone try the CZP BDE engine mounts yet?
