Sluggish at higher speeds when warm

G37 Sluggish when warm
Here's my issue. I have an '08 G37 5AT. Until the car warms up, it runs great! Once fully warmed up (e.g. 20 minutes or more of driving), it will sometimes accelerate strongly and other times it is very sluggish. It is always slwe warm than cold. I suspect o2 (engine management) sensormissues as the car has 120k miles.
