rear end vibe on awd???

Unhappy rear end vibe on awd???

hello i just got my 13 g37awd & love it but i have a rear end vibe/shutter upon take-off. everything looks tight & cks out. thoughts???

Do you mean a severe shake? or just vibration? big difference.

Being a 2013 I'd take it to the dealer and let them check it out. If it's only at take off it wouldn't be wheel related. Too hard to diagnose over the web.

I had that as well, it was leaking and a bushing was bad. Took about a week for them to fix apparently they lost the parts in transit.

Uhmm, for the benefit of all, could you possibly clarify the ambiguity in your post and tell us WHAT was leaking, and WHICH bushing was bad?

A rear differential bushing(s) was/were bad and the differential was leaking. Can't recall if I discussed it in detail in my build thread or the chat thread, been awhile since its been repaired.

so i took the car to Nalley Infiniti for the rear end vibe - shutter. They said a new software update addressed that & sent me on my way. Well it didnt fix it so I called them back & heres where it gets funny. My svc consultant tells me its becuase of my new Michelin Sport Pilot AS/3. Boy now they are in trouble because I have been in the tire biz for 26 years. He is telling me because of spirited acceleration the computer is transferring power to the front because its thinking rear tires are slipping. which is not the case. I told him easy way to tell is pull wheels of another g37 & lets go for a ride. He hasnt called me today. more to come
