Slip Light on 3rd gear

Quick question I have been readings a lot about the slug light and most common cause is brakes I know. I have a 2008 G37S 6 speed and when I'm on it and I'm above 4k on 3rd gear slight lights comes on and goes off and it blinks. I have took my car for brake service yesterday and they stated the brakes do not need replacing and they're good. I have 20in wheels I'm running 245/35/20 and 275/39/20 on the rear. This mostly happens on 3rd gear I went on it on 2nd today all the way WOT and no slip light. The tires are new btw and it's has happened before I changed the tires as well. Is there anything I should be worried about or should I take it to the dealer to see what's going on? Any input?
