At times (only happened maybe 3 times from what i can remember) when i am in neutral and at a light the engine seems to sputter a little bit. Rough idle and slight vibration as if the engine is going to stall, but no codes. my gf has an is250 which had the carbon TSB, of which this feels very similar to however not as violent, frequent, or as long in duration maybe 1 or 2 seconds at most and then returns to a normal idle. anybody every experience this?

Car is now at 60k miles. Air fliters changed within the last 10k miles, oil changed regularly, coolant/transmission/diff flushed at 30k (will do the DIY during my next oil change)

I really hope that nobody says i need a new engine or complete tear down and clean of the engine like with the Lexus TSB, my extended just expired yesterday (2 years g owner and still puts a smile on my face... except now its only on the weekends on a field assignment where i'm in a rental monday-friday)

I think thinking the same thing... the last time i cleaned my TB around 45k due to the bogging at a stop. But from what i remember it wasn't as noticeable as this... i'll try it though and hope that it solves the issue. Thanks!
