This is my first post and unfortunately its not a good one.. I have an 2008 coupe and need to replace the fuel tank. Has anyone ever done this themselves? The dealer is asking for $2100 and I would say $1900 of that is labor.
I can't really find any clear threads on the replacement and was hoping to find some input here.
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!

 

No one has ever posted anything about replacing the fuel tank. It sounds like it will be quite a task on this car. Start with finding and downloading the FSM and intimately familiarizing yourself on the requirements of the job if you're going to undertake it yourself. Good luck. And welcome to the forum.
