OP....Trans should be fine. I had my doubts as well since auto's have not treated me well at all in reliability. My Acura was a time bomb, had a Lincoln that died with 70K miles, had 2 Explorer auto's go out at 60K......My research said the 7AT should be ok for 99% of us.
