p0011 and p0300 ?
So was driving home tonight and I heard the engine pinging!
at 2500 rpms would ping and go away then tech CEL light started flashing them went off? About 10 mins later it stared again light flashing and car lost all power . I had my laptop in the car so hooked it up and found the above codes. I just installed the M370 and Z1 HFCs . I looked everything over bad foun a vacuum leak at the intake ( T hose were the MAP sensor is but not the map sensor that's has a hose clamp on it ) I tightend it down again and put a zip tie on it. reset the code and everything seems to be fine ?
Had anyone had this code before , I'm thinking the random misfire and the intake cam timing go hand and hand , an both are from the post MAF vacuum leak? thoughts ? Thank you

From: Framingham Ma,
Yea I google them too, Yea I swapped my intake last week and had the HFC's added. I did find a vacuum leak at the intake manifold, loose hose. Fixed it that night and reset the light. I think the vacuum leak cause the misfire then that cause the cam timing. With the light blinking first a few times and then going out makes me think I was seeing a misfire that then went away, After the second round I think it threw the cam timing too, a causing the car to go into limp.
