Lets see, its heavy, fitment sucks, resonates inside the cabin, leaks and goes through gaskets because the flanges are out of whack, and theirs about 2 1/8th inch clearance from the road to the bottom of the mufflers. Not to mention that's behind the rear wheels and diff so be careful
That's just what you'll notice the first day installing the system on a stock G37 coupe. Save you money because its just going to cost you a lot more. But if you really want one, ill sell you mine for cheap!! Barely used, maybe 30hrs, only 20 gaskets not a scratch!! And after the initial install I only had to kick out $700 extra dollars of shop time chasing leaks!! So good deal!! Plus mine will come with grade 8 fasteners that I had to purchase, the ones you get from ARK are junk...you'll see. But ARK will send you gaskets and then leave you hanging.
You've been warned

Wow, how do you really feel about this exhaust? Lol I have the sedan grip exhaust and have no issues what so ever, just bolted it on and was done. No leaks, no drone, no fittament issues and sounds great.
Wow, I've only heard great things about this exhaust, I'm sorry to hear that it caused problems.
In fact the man who built this thread had this very exhaust on his car.
His words not mine: "It was the best thing my car or my ears have ever heard. No issues at all."
Isolated incident?

Mine installed with zero fitment problems, no leaks, great low tone with NO drone, and ultimately powered the quickest G37 in the world.
The techs who installed it also commented on the superior build quality.
One of my better purchases.

I'm just bitter, bummed and my patients dwindling. I haven't been able to enjoy the car for a long while. But I paid to have and did everything numerous times try and fix the obvious issue or defect, without actually cutting and re-wielding. So I apologise for my little tangent, to be expected I guess. Though inappropriate to complain in that fashion so I sincerely apologise again.
It is actually a very attractive system, plus when its not leaking it does sound awesome no doubt. The material quality is good too, so are the wields. I likely just got the one lemon that slipped through QC, wasn't put in the jig properly, or a packaging mix up?? Who knows, like you said isolated incident, which is more then likely.
I just hope it gets addressed and not to sound facetious... After (4 or 5 days) from now it will be 2yrs. from when I first notified them. Which was the very first day of the install, straight out of the box. After about, 5000 miles (if that) of driving during that entire period, with an 1/8th of that going back and forth to the shop lol. I think im getting a lot closer to having them now deal with it. Everyone at the office I spoke to seem nice and want to help so fingers crossed it will be resolved. I'm itching to go on a get away, I obviously kind of need it in more ways then one hahahaha.

Awww man, I feel your pain. That is certainly an unfortunate situation to be in. It does sound like a manufacturing issue. Let us know how it turns out, this could be valuable warranty information for any one with issues like yours!
