My idle is usually quite on my G. But I noticed afterI drive heavily and hard (upper rpm not redlining and 90mph+) my engine (to me at least) is a little noticeably noiser, somewhat of a slight ticking knocking sound. Once the car cools off and I restart, its no longer there. Is that normal? ???

 

I just noticed the same thing today, under the same driving conditions. Sounds like a knocking. After I restart the noise goes away.
