Automatic transmission feels sluggish

Not sure what's going on, but my automatic transmission has really begun to feel sluggish when shifting. There are no more pronounced shifts, now it just kinda "glydes" into next gear. I use the paddle shifters a lot, might I have messed up the transmission some how?

Try a reset of the ECU I think there is a DIY here somewhere. Using the paddles cannot ruin your transmission the computer wont allow it.
Meaning there is no way to over-rev or misshift.

Thanks, I'll give that a shot and see how it goes.
