Grinding noise coming from Transmission

Hey Fellas,

I've had my G for about a yr n half now. I had the clutch and flywheel replaced along with the MSC. I have a Southbend Stage 2 clutch and flywheel installed for about 20K miles and it works perfectly (minus the rattle at idle -.-) But recently everytime im at low RPMs and I'm changing gears their is a grinding noise coming from the transmission like something is rubbing against something else. The noise goes away asoon as the clutch is engaged. Has anybody else had any experience with this? The noise is abnoxiously loud and everyone outside can hear it. Is this a pressure plate issue? Clutch & flywheel not aligned properly?

Let us know how everything goes. I have pretty much the same setup than you but only about 2K miles since the clutch & flywheel upgrade.

I hope nothing is damaged inside, although those grinding noises can't mean all is well either
