Broke Clutch Bleeder valuve, suggestions?

I decided to bleed the clutch after i was done bleeding my brakes last night. I had a friend pump the clutch and then hold, I tried to loosen the bleeder with the box end of a 8mm wrench and it broke off!

Anyone run into this before? It looks like the bleeder valve can be replaced on its own if I can get whats left in there out.

Resrearch tells me EZouts won't work and will break, and that reverse drill bits are the best but not gauranteed too work.

There are a few options:

Extractor bits (reverse drill bit): these generally work if the threaded portion of what broken off isnt binding on the hole threads (cross threaded). Run to home depot or lowes and grab a set for $10-$15.

Extractor bits + Heat: If you find that the extractor bits are not getting the stud out. get all the fluid out of it and take a torch to heat it up. This will expand the hole and hopefully loosen up the stud.

Get a new slave cylinder... if all else fails

enjoy.
