Help Question on Cat Converter

I kinda have scrapes all over the bottom... (every metal on the bottom...)
Towbin infiniti in Las Vegas.
Actually here's the deal (What the service guy and a friend told me), The code has been cleared, and giving it for a day or two. If it doesn't pop up, then I guess its nothing for me to do. If it comes up again, then, money spending time.
