Come to think about it, my car isn't doing it anymore either after i started putting from the same gas station or the same company...I'm still gonna take the car for a check up though and get the TB cleaned and everything

Thanks. I was looking at this thread wondering why the TSB would not come up and noticed Infiniti was spelled wrong in the link. I thought I had some bad code.

I remember my 07 sedan did this. The people who said there is a tsb are right and the dealers try to fix it. (try) lol. It has something to do with the rev matching. As I noticed it only happens when you slow down and the car shifts into 1st gear. Its got a very jerky shift. I think the problem comes from the factory, for some reason the car doesnt down shift to 2nd and then 1st, it goes from 3rd to 1st when you slowing down. What I have found to help was to reset the computer via the battery. This way it erases the learning process for the shifting. Also a new battery helps and grounding wires have been mentioned by others. Good luck
