2nd- between 250 and 270 RWHP
3rd- No idea (I am a 7AT owner)
4th- Please keep your taillights clean
And as for #5, the sedan is lighter than the coupe.
#6, ask Infiniti lol. 3800 miles and I already have 5 paint chips on my front bumper
Trending Topics
#6 - when I sold my 2009 7AT sedan, it had about 50-75 chips on the bumper and hood.
#5, yup lighter I guess, but true. I drove an 11 loaner once before I gave mine up, and it was/felt even zippier on the stock tune than my 2009 did on a canned tune. And mine was fast.
#4 no offense, but tail tints are so 2009
#3 7at responds well to medium/fast throttle roll-on.
#2 not true other poster, sedans have 328 HP, coupes have 330 due to exhaust differences, lol. Tis true - look it up. IPL coupe has 348. You guys will be getting the M hybrid engine for a combined 360 in 2013, maybe 2012 for the coupes.
#1 No. G37s are noisy-ish. They are stretch 370zs, FM platform, tires have a little to do with it as the RS-As are crap, and get noisier with time, but the car itself needs a little more deadening

I only just had 2nd oil change and there are many chips on bumper and hood and even the sides. I even have a chip in the chip guard before the rear wheel. lol (true)
Right before this car I owned a 91 z from 12,000miles until 150,000miles and it had almost no chips although under the bottom of the front lip was scraped from cement curbs.
btw- I am very aware to stay aware from those trucks hauling crap too. I just never seen anything like the easily chipping paint on the G37

2. 330 at the crank, somewhere about 275 at the wheels for a RWD.
3. Somewhere in the 3-3.5k range for a MT is what I tend to prefer. Less than that and you bog down, more than that and you don't hook up. Depends on wheels, tires, road conditions among other things.
4. Talk to Andy (Blue Bat), tell him what the problem is and send him photos. If it's a legit issue, I'm sure he'll make it right.
5. Because with an auto you can just stomp the gas and it'll do everything right. My 6MT felt faster as soon as I learned how to drive it right.
6. Probably a side-effect of the whole "self-healing paint" angle. It's supposed to be able to fill in tiny scratches, but that probably means it's soft by nature.
