Stillen 20% under driven pulley review
So some of you may have read my thread on my bad experience with NST, their customer service sucks, and thier product didnt fit. Anyways i decided to give stillen a shot. I talked to Josh for a few days about it before i purchases, He was awesome. He answered my emails even on the weekends and on labour day, thats what i call customer service.
Anways the price was good too, he knocked a bit off because of shipping to canada. The pulley fit like a glove, i gave it a push, a light twist and it seated itself all the way down no problem. The NST pulley required hammering, pushing, prying ect and i couldnt even get it half way in (not to mention 3+ hours of sanding.
I dont have any before/after dynos, but here is a few things that i have noticed since the instal.
1) Steering seems a bit stiffer, probably because of the underdrive, maybe its just in my mind
2) No noticable issue with AC, stereo ect
3) The pulley is super light (its the most underdriven, therefore lightest pulley for the G). weighing about .99 pounds, while the stock is around 5
4) the car revs freer, much easier to pass on the highway, i dont know how much power im actually getting, but it revs faster, and the revs seem to linger a bit longer (they dont drop as fast when my foot comes off the gas.
Im interested in a full set from stillen (power steering, water pump ect ect). If anyone else is we should email josh about it!

^^ we have two pvc hoses, which means 2 catch cans (unless you modify a catch can into a two in one).
basically i have to nrg catch cans, connected to the engine block with SS braided hose! ill give a detailed walkthrough once im finally done haha.
Viper would the engine not be revving the same as before, while there is less spinning of the accessories connecting to the crank pulley? i mean the crank still spins at the same speed

I know pulleys don't mess around with the harmonics of the engine, but aren't you worried about the difference between the weight of the pulley + clutch assembly? isn't this one of the reasons why going with a super light weight clutch/flywheel combo is a bad idea?
