RPM's issue (video inside)

ok...so i took my car to the stealership and they couldn't find anything wrong but it's irritating the **** out of me when i drive.....

a little explanation....when i switch out of gears from lets say 3rd...the RPMS drop, (obviously) but around 1500 RPMS the needle slows down, gets to 1000 and slowly drops down to normal idling around 600-700....WTF?

Should i take it back again?

that is odd, when i drive at times my needle will drop to right below 1k and stay there, i need to give it a fair amount of pedal pushing to push it out of the right below 1k range. Does that happen everytime?

this pretty much happens most of the time....and when its like cold in the morning, the cars RPMS just start to rise on their own when i'm in neutral....I was suggested to do a ECU reset...
