Just wondering though, why would the customer go for twin 20G's if he only wanted 400+ whp at 6 psi?
The 370z Greddy kit is only made with the 20G's so there wasn't really a choice The 20G's still behave very nicely at 400whp, but obviously would be a bit more efficient at higher boost.

Since one of the runners of the intercooler is blocked by the bumper does that effect the efficiency of the intercooler to cool that one side of the intake charge?

So will one side have a colder intake temp than the other side?

I don't mean to thread jack, just an observation that I'm wondering about.
We have not noticed any temperature issues with the car. Upon tuning, and all the testing the temperatures have all been normal.

It should. We would have to take a look and see.

So far so good! The valvebody has helped with the shifting. Customer knows he will need to upgrade the transmission for more power in the future.

I think it would fit with minimal modifications. We have not tried it yet but would love for the opportunity. We really enjoy the G37’s

This is the start. He will be upgrading the transmission in the future and building up the motor for more boost down the road.

I think i know who the owner of that car is. Unless I'm complete mistaken, that car is from Houston isn't it? Looks great.

BTW, nice grounding wires.

Sharif, in your opinion how much boost can safely and reliably be run on stock internals with this kit? Any estimate of how much HP/TQ it's capable of on 93 octane?

Doesn't this kit make better power because of the flow formed headers, compared to the lug style ones that come with the GTM kit for g37? The headers are actually different between the g37 and 370z headers that GTM make.
He should've just opted for a swain tech and inconel wrap to exhaust components.

I think space restricts the use of a proper flow formed headers like those:

Final power numbers shouldn't differ, because that is a function of the pressure at which the wasteget is set, but those help spool the turbo faster I believe
