Oh and just so everyone knows the last person or people to touch my car was the dealer cause they were trying to reset my rpm gauge. So as of this point I'm pissed.

I see the only common mods that we both have are Injen CAI..... Were you limited to only 2500 RPM? This is weird..

Yea I saw that too but i've had the injens for a while and this has never happened till a few weeks backs and yesterday as well man. I really doubt it's the injens as I drove with them in the rain even before i've had this problem. Well my car is a 6MT and I was limited to 4000 rpm's. Yes it's really weird man. Dealer ain't gonna do **** if they can't duplicate the problem so I know I'm just going down there to waste my time.

That's so weird, I'm trying to think but non of those mods from what I know should cause this problem. Sounds more like an ecu thing

I dont think its the intake as well. Im thinking it might be the Temperature......(best guess I can come up with lol). Ive driven in the rain with my intakes as well never had this prob before.. So you were limited t0 4k and i was limited to 2.5 k.. Hmmm

Did your check engine light go off? I am hoping it logged in some info...

Temperature really shouldn't be an issue. Yea 4k man, it's weird as hell. And no no check engine light came on either, just lack of power when I was trying to press on the gas yesterday on the initial start up then it died out.

Got my car back guys they couldn't duplicate problem but the p006A and p0101 codes were thrown And those are for the mass airflow sensor. Starting to think the problem might be our injen intakes....

Guys! i had that happened to me last friday too!! That was the second time it happened, but the first time it happened was a a while back.. i went to the side of the road, turned off the car and restarted it and it went normal. I did not take it to any dealer, because i don't have no dealer here at my place. CeeLos, do you think yours is also caused by injen?? since kosstick's are more towards them... Any other members? please chime in man.

Hope we can get more injen owners to chime in. Twisted both times that your car went into limp mode was water involved?

Earlier in the year I had a similar situation where the 7AT was acting up with extreme rough shifting, lights flashing on the dashboard and the car wouldn't go above 2,500 rpm. I had expected to have the car towed to the dealer.

Something told me that the situation may be related to the tank of gas I put in the day before. After I put in 8 bottles of gas line antifreeze, the problem went away. It was obvious that I had a tank of gas with water in it. Can't blame it on Infiniti.

Not sue if that is your case.
