I got my car tuned with uprev about a month ago, and the other day I got a CEL again. The tuner disabled the CEL from my HFC's so its coming from something different. I got the code read and it is P2A00 which I'm pretty sure has something to do with the A/F.
I mainly just want to know if I can reset the ECU and not have it affect the UpRev tune. I don't want to do it then have it get deleted. I tried calling my tuner but he didn't answer (probably on the dyno or something). So does anyone know if it safe to reset the ECU?

you can reset the ECU without affecting the tune.
P2A00 is an error code for O2 sensor #1 in bank 1. It's possible the sensor is going bad. Do you feel any performance loss, hesitation at low rpm or anything unusual?
EDIT: Have the code checked and the car datalogged to make sure your AFR's are acceptable. If everything checks out then it's most likely the sensor itself.

Yeah I was just saying it doesn't feel like it's hesitating or driving weird. He just did the tune like 3 weeks ago and got the A/F like right at 12.8. I'm going to the track tomorrow so I'll be able to tell if anything is acting funny. I'll try also try giving the tuner a call again in the morning. I just hope I don't have to take it all the way back to the shop since its like 2 hours away.
I talked to the tuner saturday and he said to clear the code and see if it comes back, then let him know. Well I did the ecu reset this evening (after trying for almost 30 minutes) and got it reset then it almost immediatly came back on. I reset it again and still the same. I'm hoping it's not a faulty sensor or one is going bad. I don't really have a way of data logging or monitoring the A/F right now. I'm gonna give the tuner a call tomorrow and see what he says. Maybe I can take it back up to him this coming weekend.
Wake if you take it back to the tuner they should be able to tell you immediately what the problem is, whether that be a faulty sensor or what. they can clear it up really fast for you

I'm pretty sure. I've used it to clear codes from installing my intakes, and the HFC code.
I might go to autozone or something tomorrow and have them clear it again just to make sure.

Update
Well I decided to go and get somewhat of a second opinion this afternoon after I kept getting SES lights from a/f. After reading around over here for a while it turns out the 5AT dynos better in 3rd due to 4th gear hitting the rev limiter. I went to a different shop but still with a dynojet and did 6 pulls. 3 base and 3 "tuned" pulls. Pulling in 3rd gear worked a lot better and showed numbers that were similar to other cars results.
Now the bad news. The runs on the base map made better hp and the a/f ratio was much nicer. The tuned map had the a/f way high and all over the place.
Now with the UpRev you are able to set up to 5 preloaded maps with the cruise control. Mine was set up to map 1 is the tuned map, map 2 a valet mode map, and maps 3-5 the stock map. Or atleast that is what the tuner was suposed to set it as.
Here are the best 3 of each scenario.
Run 2 is the base map 3
Run 5 is the base map 4
Run 3 is the tuned map 1
As you can see, the tuned map is not running as good as the base maps. What is surprising is the difference between run 2 and 5. They are both suposed to be the stock map yet have a pretty significant difference in a/f. It could be due to the engine not adjusting all the way for run 5 since it was done right after runs 3-4 which were tuned runs, but I don't think that would effect it that much.
I will be calling the tuner tomorrow and try to schedule to get it re tuned.

I have a feeling his AFR sensor is reading incorrectly. Was he tuning according to the dyno AFR sensor? Do you have any datalogs for the AFR from the Cipher software? The stock WB sensors are much more accurate. The AFR on the dyno usually show a leaner AFR than what it really is.
I don't have the cable to data log with cipher, but will probably get one soon. When I was getting tuned they attached the o2 sensor at the cats for the dyno. For the runs today he attached at the exhaust for o2, but said it doesn't make much of a difference.
