Looking at the pictures again, it looks like the intercooler is installed.
I think they are referring to the front mounted intercooler, which feeds cooled liquid to the intake manifold intercooler. Here is a picture:

i wonder if the FMIC is even visible through the front grill or is the bumper support blocking it... subscribed for results... waiting to see some install pics and the numbers you put down... GL

the intercooler is integrated inside the manifold, the big one you see is the heat exchanger.

i guess you're right, it all works the same whether it's for a air to air or air to water it's still an intercooler.

You can call it anything you want but if you call that thing a front mounted intercooler, you're doing it wrong. Most everyone else considers the heat exchanger that cools the charged air an intercooler.

here is the intercooler i forgot about

Supercharger shipped today-dsc02209.jpg it doesnt have stillen painted on it like in the stillen picture of the kit ,its blank on both sides,i was so excited to get it i didnt unpack everything

Let us know how long it takes your shop to do the install. I'm trying to get a quote from my installer but he won't give me a price as he is has no idea how long it will take.

sorry i am being lazy and not quoting but was told 10-12 to install but since they did the pre-configured parts that saved the customer 2-3...i am guessing 7-9 hours now?

sure no problem!!i asked him before and he said he is not sure but he said no more then 3days but once he got into it he could tell me more
