I just sent Sam an instant message and he replied by phone within 10 minutes. I told him I was looking for a Super Charger setup for my '08 Infiniti coupe and he had several questions and some helpful comments for me. Bottom line -- he gives a damn about his customers and wants make sure that each customer gets no more and no less than they are looking for.
He is absolutely concerned about keeping the costs as low as possible for his customers. I'll be spending a few thousand with Sam because of his obvious desire to best serve the customer.

Sam any avaible tuning help for us guys that don't have a dyno to test n tune (E-Tune ?) or will the supplied maps be feasible for straight outta the box driving ?

I'm just as anxious as you guys are and believe me I know for a fact Sam is working hard to answer PM's, respond to your questions, answer the shop phone, tune the cars, get the turbo installation DVD together, get Stage 2 and 3 done, get SC Stage 1 parts ready for shipment, get out to the track for testing...and at the same time getting 7 TT projects out the door this week (he's finishing up 7 cars).
I know it sucks to not get updates, I want them too...just realize how much this guy is doing. I just got off the phone with him and right now he's on the dyno doing some tuning as I type. It's only 10PM there, so he'll probably be working for another 4 hours.
