09 G37 Sedan Twin Turbo
No, I didn't know I would go this far...in fact, I only had the car 2 or 3 weeks and I put on a Stillen Gen 3 Intake and the FI Cats and Exhaust. Then within a few weeks of doing that, I decided to take the plunge...luckily I have sold the Intake and the Cats, now I just need to sell the exhaust.
Given all of that, I really like the G37, and it will have a lot more power than an M3.

Lets play fill in the blank...
it will have a lot more power than a/an ____
I think you'll have more power than almost every production car
How can you compare a M3 to a twin turbo g37????
People dont just go out and buy the cars that already have 500+ horsepower unless modding cars isnt your thing. Theres something to be said when a INFINITI destroy's a corvette. I had the option of getting a 2008 z06 corvette but decided against it since everyone and their mom has one. I dont see to many TT g's running around.

I disagree.

congrats and can't wait to see the final output of #s. I felt great when i was the first 2006 G35 sedan 6mt to have the turbonetics installed by Vinny Ten. Yes, a lot of R&D to make the ECU's work, which will be the issue.
is GTM just throwing the UpRev into your car w/o a dyno tune?

I've been asked to start a thread about this, so here goes
I'm finally picking up my 2009 G37 Sedan 6MT on Wednesday with the GTM Stage II Twin Turbo kit. The work is being done by Sharif at Forged Performance. A buddy of mine ("DmfG37sTT" on here) and Sharif have both eluded to my car in posts here and there, but I have kept quiet about it because I knew there would be issues being the first G37 Sedan with Twins. I dropped the car off 7 months ago and although most of the work was done quickly, there were signifcant delays with the programming of the ECU. Sam at GTM had to wait on Uprev to get their programmer working for the new 4th generation ECUs found in the 09 G37 and the 370Z. The 08 G37 Coupe still has the 3rd gen ECU which programming was readily available for. Even after Uprev had their software working initially about 2 months ago, there were still issues where certain ECUs would lock up or not work properly so that required even more investigation from Uprev. Then, after all of that, Sam had to actually do the tune on the 370Z he had in his shop and then send it to Sharif.
Here is what I'm having done:
GTM Stage II Twin Turbo
3" Downpipes and External Waste Gates
HKS EVC Boost Controller
HKS AFK Knock Amp with dual A/F sensors
HKS Camp 2
KW Variant 3 Coilovers
Rear Camber Kit
Hotchkis Front & Rear Swaybars
OS Geiken Twin Plate Clutch & Flywheel
Volk RE30 Limited Edition Formula Silver Wheels
Toyo T1R 255/35/19 & Toyo T1R 285/30/19 Tires
No one made a 3" exhaust for the Sedan until now. Sam at GTM has custom made one for my car and will be delivered at my home on Wednesday. It will kill me to sit around the house Thursday (damn Turkey Day) instead of driving my car around and putting on the new exhaust, but I will put the new exhaust on the car Friday morning and head to a local dyno so I can post some numbers.

Sam has tuned a few G37 coupes and tuned the 370Z (which has the same ECU) they put the TT kit on to develop the tune. Obviously it would be ideal if my car was with him so he could do some minor tweaking, but the tune he sent should be really close.
And to be honest, I think it is a HUGE short comping of the Camp 2 to not be able to do A/F. Even if you do purchase the AFK, you can't pump the signal directly into the Camp, you have to use the display that comes with it. The only way to get the A/F displayed on the screen being fed from the Camp 2 is to also purchase the F-Con which does feed into the Camp 2. You can tie the AFK into the F-Con. I think HKS really blew this one....can have all this great information on a cool display, but one of the really important pieces of information can't be displayed.
