296 is very high for a dd especially if you got 299 on a dj. im assuming you use some kind of correction factor on the dd because they are usually about 10-15% lower than a dj.

299 on the dynojet was mid december and i was on the stock 19s.
296 on the dyno dynamics on a 80degree day (sat) and on 20s.

dynojet i was using "uncorrected" which is what the dyno reads, I use the dyno for mod comparisons not for number comparison with others as that will never be dead on. so if i was on SAE it would have been lower on the DJ.

im not sure what the correction is set to on the DD.

this was my coworkers G37 almost a year ago.

ah ok the wheels/temp explain a lot now. i never said a dyno was for anything besides mod comparisons but the average dj vs average dd reading will always be different for the same car.
