For those who drives the 6MT (don't know if years matter, my question is on 09'), do you guys feel a "clicking" sensation from your feet when you press down the clutch to a certain level?

I am not sure how I can explain it. When you press down the clutch, right before you shift, I felt like my toe was hitting something from the top at first. Later, I found out that it wasn't my toe hitting something, it was just that the clutch feedback some sort of "clicking" sensation.

Anybody knows what I am trying to say? I don't know if it is something I should worry about or it is something that every G37 6MT has.

On my car, there is a mild clicking when I depress the clutch a inch or 2.

 

Can't comment from experience on the 2007 + G35/G37 but my '06 G35 6MT had huge clicking/vibration from the clutch pedal. Heard it was improved tremendously in '07 and more so in '09. Would guess it is the same issue from my '06 but much more dampened. Just the nature of the beast. No worries.

 

Nope, but mine feel like it want to pop back really fast as soon as I ease up on the clutch.

 

I had the clicking on my '07 sedan and I notice it every once in a while on my '09. And yes, the clutch has improved since '07.
