If you want power, HFC's/Test Pipes are prob the "best bang" for ya' buck. However, it does add a horrible raspiness that I think is absolutely disgusting and ricey, but hey some people will disagree with me on this.

Installing and removing HFCs are no easy tasks. I wouldn't want to bother with that. If you don't mind rasp, then put it on. Depends on how much rasp you can tolerate too. I don't want any, so no HFCs for me
