making the inside cabin louder

Guys,

My ONLY complaint about the g37s is that the cabin is too quiet. I like to hear the engine. One of my recent cars was mr2 spyder which is mid engine. You could really hear it and it sounded great.

I know the g (or any front or rear engine car) can't replicate the sound of mid engine car but what mods do make it louder in the cabin with the windows rolled up- CAI? Catback? something else?

I am satisfied with the performance so don't care about increasing HP.

Thanks.

I'd say intakes and HFC's will give you what your looking for.. but to be honest.. quiet would be better for me also since I go on long rides sometimes and the noise could get annoying.

The quieter the cabin, the better the car. You do realize that you drive a luxury car now. Should have bought a 370z.

HFC's will boost your noise level. My CAI doesnt make the car louder at idle but when you get on it, the noise comes out, which is what I like.

start with high flow cats. if thats not loud enough for you then replace the exhaust with a full aftermarket catback system.

Probably trying to explain to his insurance how he vandalized his own car.
