What he said, and if you have the money call Forged and get a higher final drive gear, it will be like adding a supercharger. Its basically a gear change, what the mustang guys have been doing for years

I love the flat torque curve of the engine in stock form, very drivable car.
Agreed. A lot of aftermarket n/a mods take away from the low end in exchange for more power up top. Notice the torque loss on Stage 2 of Cobb's G37 dynos for the Accessport.

That's true, but if you think about it most people aren't going to be hitting it wide open throttle at 2200rpms, they would most likely downshift. So even though there is some torque loss down low it's very minimal. You would only really feel it on the highway stuck in 6th gear giving it gas. I'm only going by those charts though, I'm sure with exhaust and intake bolt-ons there's more torque loss then what is actually advertised.

I'm running stage 2+ without headers, if anything just the opposite.i'm running lean.

I have HFC's Cat back & stage 3 intake.

Hopefully the new mapping will fix that.

What's your air fuel ratio at wide open throttle around? When I ran stage 2+ map with my setup (headers, high flow cats, catback, and intakes) I was making 10.0 a/f at WOT which is WAY too rich.

^ I was told by the dealer A/F should be under 20. If you were at 10.0 that is very lean, not rich.

Either way you have to be in the middle.

I am like 14.0 at WOT.

but it jumps around depending on throttle position,Intake temp.

Since the Cobb has so much going on, why not upload your data to COBB?

They could tell you more of whats going on with your paticular set up.

(Isn't that why we paid for this thing, is to get some real adjustments)

The dealers going to blow up your car. The lower the number the richer you're running, not the other way around. When you look at live data and let off the throttle you automatically are going to go to 20. If you're running 14 at WOT, I would uninstall the Cobb until you get a custom tune because that's WAY TOO LEAN, I mean detonation lean.

14.0 is way too lean

10.0 is way too rich

Optimum power would be in the 12s. My car is getting a custom tune next Friday. I don't even have my Cobb installed anymore because the numbers were too ridiculous on any of the staged maps.
