hello i recently installed a greddy exhaust on my g37. i had to remove the heat shield covering the emmisions box behind my bumper to fit the muffler on properly. i was told i should wrap it up with a heat wrap. do i really need it and were the hell can i buy it... please help me out thanks...

 

it should come with the exhaust when you bought it.
mine came with it.

 

Rape is not the answer and it's illegal. Be safe and Wrap it up.

 

If you can't spell "wrap", you shouldn't own a G37.

I raped my exhaust before installing it... My exhaust actually flows better since I broke it in while raping it...

IMPORTANT!!! MAKE SURE THE EXHAUST IS COOLED OFF BEFORE RAPING IT. I almost burnt my **** right off.
