So the 370Z already has engine overheat issue like our G37

Does the G come with a oil temperature gauge? I have one in my 370z, during traffic, I've hit up to 240. I'm considering getting a G coupe, and this is one of my concerns since the z had this problem. Also does the G have fuel starvation issues? On the Z with a hard right turn, if fuel level is below 30% the car can possibly shut off.
