Help G37 SLT Performance Chip

G37 SLT Performance Chip
I came across this supposedly performance chip for the G37 and was wondering if any1 else has seen or heard of it and if its an actual chip that will increase Hp by up to 45+ or if its just another scam.

i have 2 of them in my G37 bc its dual intake...and i also have a mod where santa clause comes thru my grill and hands me x-mas gifts in july =0)
