Cobb AccessPort for $560??

So I checked out froogle for the heck of it to see if any other dealers had a good deal on the AccessPort. I found a e-vendor called eliteautosports.net that is selling it for $560. Anyone ever ordered from these guys before? I don't want to get taken for a ride, but at the same time. If they are legit then it's one hell of a deal for the community.

I guess it would help to have a link to the AP.

Also, they have a Myspace page as well

I've heard of them before, but not sure if anyone has purchased. As long as you purchase with your Visa Credit Card (or like card), your purchase is safe.

^^ like BJ said, use a credit card...so if worse comes worse you can put a stop payment on it. Some ppl on the forums got screwed over b/c they used paypal to these unfamiliar vendors.

Looks like they only take credit cards. I may have to try this as it's a good deal. I checked the domain and it has been up since 2006.

A while back I bought my borla exhaust for a couple hundred less then every other place out there and it came within a week. No problems. That was a site called fixthisride.com. I'm always looking for the good deals, but don't want to be taken at the same time.

You may check with Cobb to verify that they sell to them.

The other thing to consider, is that a lot of the more known sites that sell on here will price match. Wouldn't hurt to call and see, plus it will give you a little more confidence buying from someone known.

That's why we recommended he call Cobb to verify they are an authorized seller.

I'm going to try and call them on Monday. Anyone recommend a particular person to talk to over there, or just call the general number on the cobbtuning website?
