i've done the window reset about a dozen times now due to various installs. i don't know why people are scared of this.

you should disconnect your battery for 10 minutes, reconnect, then force yourself to do the window reset just to see that you were worried for NO reason whatsoever.

 

UPDATE!!! So I just installed the Grounding kit and it took me and a buddy like 30 min like noobs i guess. Anyways, we had a little bit of trouble with the windows b/c they would automatically open but would not automatically close. Anyways so we looked it up in the manual and it figured it out pretty easily afterwards. Finally- the test drive after: definitely feels faster than before and im not kidding when i say that there is no lag when shifting esp downshifting in MM like before. DS finds power very quickly too and I love this mod. It wont make the car into a racecar ofcourse, lol, but for the $60 i spent I def recommend it!
