Stock Intake Filters

I noticed only my left side filter is really dirty (black) and my right side is 95% clean. Is that normal?? Also, are the filters covered by the warranty??

JY

Edit

Passanger side (left) dirty

Driver side (right) clean

Not sure if I would consider this normal bro... Might want to take it in to service to get it checked out(?)... No I don't think the filters are under warranty...

Filters are wear and tear, but you want to make sure your not having any issues, like blockage or anything. Plus the filters are probably fine it would be something else in the system that would prevent air from moving through on side.

I checked mine this past weekend and I'm at 11,500. Mine were about the same, so I think it is normal.

This kind of bothers me still. So what's the conclusion here? Do we all have a dirtier passenger side filter? If so that means there appears to be much greater air flow on that side. Is that normal? Maybe CAI guys like Injen can explain this.

That was me... my filters were also unevenly dirty, so maybe there is more airflow on one side... I am going to install a JWT pop charger and compare...if the airflow is similar, both will have similar results...
