a "pshhh" noise coming from the clutch.

anyone experience this? when i let my clutch out, it will make a pshhh sound. however, when i engage the clutch, the noise will go away. i went to the dealership and they told me that it is normal and its still in its break-in period. this happen like 1.5k miles ago, when i was coming home from school. 39 dollars for the first service is not bad.

I haven't noticed it yet. how many miles do you have on it?
are they saying that sound is normal during break-in periods?

if i am the only one having this problem, then i would go back to the dealership friday and try to get it fix. also, infiniti loaning system sucks. have to call in 4 days in advance to be able to get a loaner..

Yeah no sounds here, tell them to fix it and stop telling people its normal because they don't feel like looking into it lol.

but do you think it has anything to do with "burning my clutch since 12/26/07" lol j/k... BTW we have nearly the same car, got mine a week before you.
