Baseline dyno of my G37s
I had also thought that if a builder states that motor has 330 Hp when doing a dyno it can be a 3-5% difference this is over 10% < I know that there is a loss of power too the rear wheels but should not ne that much at the crank ,,,so than they are giving wrong info,,,,

As long as you use the same dyno for comparison and before/after testing....the absolute number is irrelevant.
The only way to know for certain, what this car would put down a Dyno Jet, or Dyno Dynamics, is to put it on one.
More people should dyno their G37's.....seems like only a handful have done this so far.

How much does a dyno test go for anyway and who does it(owner or shop person)? I would do it, but I am new to MT and just got my G37s 2 weeks ago. Therefore, my efficiency isn't that great for shifting aggressively. If a shop person is the one that does all the work and the price is in a good range I'll do it.
