Are you saying that G37 has 25% of tranny loss? that seem to be too high to me with modern transmission design. I saw ~280HP numbers from multiple places including the automobile magazine.

Has anyone dynoed their car yet for both AT and MT?

it depends on the dyno...many dynos read higher and some like mustang dynos read low.

in comparisson...the E46 M3 showed dynos of 260-280whp @ 333hp on various dynos.

yes i have seen dynos from 249 to 289 on the VQ37HR...but on different dyno types.

From stillen and from Fujita, their base line dyno's where upper 280s for WHP. I have never seen a dyno below 280 WHP. Our HP numbers are very high, however, the torque WTQ are pretty bad. I was dynoing more tq on my modded I35 :-(

the more stock dynos we see..the more we know the power curve, a/f ratios, etc. definately benificial for people who are planning to tune down the road...
